Shauntay Grant

Shauntay Grant is the author of several books for children including My Fade Is Fresh (Penguin, 2022), a poetic, "fun, powerful, and that empowering tale belongs on every shelf" (Kirkus Reviews). A former poet laureate for the City of Halifax, her honors include a Marilyn Baillie Picture Book Award from the Canadian Childrens Book Awards, a Best Atlantic Published Book Prize from the Atlantic Book Awards, a Joseph S.
